Project Meeting-North Huron PDP-SEC of Huron Street and W 142nd Avenue

The City of Westminster places a high priority on contact with adjacent property owners and existing projects that could be affected by a new development proposal. As part of the development review process, the City of Westminster requires that the applicants representing new projects contact the surrounding property owners regarding their proposed developments. The applicant is responsible for all public notifications, researching and providing property ownership information, and if applicable, organizing and conducting project meeting(s).

Location of project: SEC of Huron Street and W 142nd Avenue, Westminster, CO

A project meeting has been scheduled for the Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) amendment review of the North Huron PUD, also called Orchard Lakes. The project meeting will be held on August 7, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please see below for meeting information.

Required Project Meeting – North Huron PUD: An application for a Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) amendment was submitted to the City in March, 2024

Staff have completed their first review of the PDP, and the applicant is required to hold a project meeting before they can resubmit their application.

The project meeting will be held on August 7th, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (*Note: Meeting will adjourn once all questions and comments have been heard.)
