This Eclectic style house is located on campus, SE of Westminster University building. It was built in 1910 to be used as a women's dormitory. The name honors the Reverend Thomas Kirkwood, Synodical Superintendent of Home Missions for Colorado.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION
Two-stories, numerous rectangular windows and a square shape with a simple- hipped roof suggests the Prairie style. The Neoclassical style can be seen in the slight overhang in the roof with the decorative woodwork underneath, and the gabled dormers (small windows on the roof).
