City of Westminster Consolidated Plan
Every five years, Housing staff in the Economic Development Division complete a new 5-year Consolidated Plan. This planning process provides a framework for city-wide conversations to occur that help to identify community and housing priorities for the upcoming years using the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program federal funds. The Housing team has begun the planning process and will continue these efforts through 2025.
