Project Meeting for Summit Pointe at 2675 West 82nd Drive

The owner of the propertyreferenced above is applying for a Preliminary Development Plan amendment and Official Development Plan amendment through the City of Westminster. The property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of W. 82nd Place and Clay Street. Approval of these applications by City Council would allow the construction of 11 buildings with a total of 50 attached units. Each unit includes 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and an attached garage.
The City of Westminster places high value on outreach with adjacent parties that may be affected by new development. City Staff have completed their first review, and the applicant is now required to hold a project meeting to discuss the proposed project with the surrounding community before they can continue in the review process.
