The City is embarking on construction of the Block A-1 alley project in Downtown Westminster. This project will construct a new public alley linking Harlan Street to Westminster Blvd. When completed, the alley will provide public access and utility links to future development within Block A-1 of the Downtown. For now, the alley will enhance access to the public parking lot located west of the Ascent and south of the Origin Hotel.
The Alley will be completely closed until June 1, 2024. In the meantime, a temporary entrance to the parking lot will be constructed off Westminster Boulevard and detour routes will lead patrons to the new temporary entrance.
