Carmelia has rolled out complex SaaS, infrastructure, and cybersecurity projects on time and on budget. Her professional experience and skills include successfully delivering complex and sensitive projects on tight deadlines while managing budget and resource constraints.

Carmelia has a degree in Environmental Studies Policy with an Earth Science Geology Minor from SUNY Buffalo. Her education and volunteer work roots her as an environmental justice advocate foremost. It has provided her a deep understanding of the complex ecological issues facing the community, and the government's role in protecting residents' health and well-being.

Carmelia's work with organizations such as the American Civil Liberties Union, Business and Professional Women - Northwest Metro, Physicians for Social Responsibility Colorado, and The Action Center showcases her commitment to social and environmental justice.
