Important Election Dates:
May 10: Westminster City Council adopted Resolution No. 14, calling a Special Recall Election on July 20, 2021
May 21: Ballot Certification
June 4: Military and Overseas Voters mailed
June 24: Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) Public Notice
June 28: First Day City Clerk’s Office mails ballot packets to eligible Westminster Electors
June 28: 24-hour Ballot Drop Boxes Open
June 28: City Hall Voter Service Polling Center (VSPC) Opens
July 12: All VSPCs Open
July 12: Last day to request a replacement ballot by mail. After this date, it is recommended that completed ballots be returned to a VSPC or 24-hour Ballot Drop Box.
July 20: Election Day Public Notice of Election
July 30: Risk Limiting Audit (RLA) Public Notice
August 2: Final Canvass and Certification Public Notice

Voter Sevice Polling Centers and Ballot Drop Boxes
All VSPCs provide voters with the following services:
- Register to vote.
- Update your voter registration.
- Request a new or replacement ballot.
- Drop off your voted mail ballot.
- Vote on an ADA accessible ballot marking device.
In Colorado, all voters who vote at Voter Service Polling Centers must provide identification. Acceptable Forms of Identification

Campaign Finance Reporting Schedule:
June 29: 1st Report Due (21 days out)
- This report covers the period from the last report filed (or date of committee creation) up until June 24.
July 16: 2nd Report Due (Friday before Election Day)
- This report covers the period from June 25 - July 11.
August 19: 3rd Report Due (30 days after)
- This report covers the period from July 12 - August 14.
