Project Reviews
1st Review - Takes 4 Weeks
City staff reviews project submittals for compliance with the Westminster Municipal Code (W.M.C.), existing ODPs, Comprehensive Plan and other Design Guidelines. Referrals to partner agencies and stakeholders may be issued with comments integrated into staff review comments.
Comments and Redlines Issued - Staff uploads comments to owner and applicant (per project application) through eTRAKiT and sets the project status to “REVISIONS REQUIRED”.
Applicant Revises Project
- Address the comments from staff review
- Submit revisions
NOTE: Neighborhood meeting(s) and/or neighborhood mailers may be required.
2nd Review - Takes 3 Weeks
Comments and Redlines are Issued - Staff issues any new comments and redlines on newly provided information, or repeat comments, and repeat redlines to owner and applicant (per project application) through the project review number assigned by the online permitting manager that were not addresses or negotiated through the first review process. If you have any questions regarding the comments and redlines regarding your project, please contact your Project Planner.

- Submit revisions
Subsequent Reviews - Take 3 Weeks
NOTE: Additional reviews may occur if comments are not addresses or new items are added during the review process.
