Project Description: Proposed Retail Commercial development on the vacant 5.66 acres of land at the northwest corner of West 104th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard. The proposed development would feature a Quiktrip gas station and convenience store and an empty pad site for a future retail commercial use. The first stage of the development process requires that the developer file a Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) to seek approval of the use from City Council.
*Please note: The site plan has not been approved by the City and is subject to change in future submittals and before approval.
Public Hearing Required: Yes, the development requires a new Preliminary Development Plan (PDP). All new PDP’s require review and consideration from Planning Commission and City Council.
Review Process Status: The applicant has requested their PDP application be scheduled for a public hearing. The first public hearing will be held virtually with the Planning Commission on Jan. 12, 2021. The agenda memo will be posted on the Planning Commission webpage on the Thursday before the meeting.
