Additional Short-Term City Projects

Water Mainline Replacement in Northridge Manor

Crews will begin replacing the water mainline in the following two sections of the Northridge Manor neighborhood no later than February 24:

• 90th Ave.: West of Winona Ct. and east to Raleigh St.
• Raleigh St.: 90th Ave. north to 92nd Ave.

Regular working hours during the construction period will be Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. During construction, crews might need to block your driveway. If that happens, they will give you advance notice, and they will re-open your driveway at the end of each work day.

Please watch for detours and no parking signs. We will direct traffic away from the work zones for everyone’s safety.
