Due to unforeseen circumstances, the July 2 Wards Advisory Committee Meeting has been canceled. The next meeting will take place Tuesday, July 9 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at City Hall.
An access card is required to use the Dump Station and residents and non-residents can apply for an access card here RV Dump Use Application. Access cards expire on December 31st of each year.
The city’s RV Dump Station facility is located at the Big Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility, 13150 Huron St. Please look for signs marking the entrance to the facility.
Failure to comply with these Guidelines or Westminster Municipal Code, Title 8, Chapter 10, is subject to administrative and judicial enforcement including, fines of up to $1,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year. Prohibited discharges are also subject to enforcement under state and federal law.
Closed-circuit television has been installed to monitor the station. Access cards will be deactivated if it is determined that the facility has been misused.

If you experience problems while operating the dump station there will be a call box that rings a phone line in the facility. An operator will then be available to assist you. You will always need your access card to open the facility gate.
