Green Court Rehabilitation Project

Work is anticipated to begin September 6, 2023

Green Court is located between W. 96th Ave. and W. 97th Ave. just west of Federal Blvd. 

Improvements associated with the project include:

• Concrete sidewalk removal and replacement.
• Curb & gutter removal and replacement.
• Complete roadway removal and replacement.
• Sanitary sewer removal and replacement.
• Water line removal and replacement. 
• Concrete flat work removal and replacement. 

Partner projects

• VMD- Simms Street Realignment
• CO 121 ( Wadsworth Parkway) Signal Improvement Project: installing new signal equipment, poles, safe pedestrian crossing improvements, and vehicle detection equipment. Intersections include: 90th Ave., 94th Ave., Independence Dr., 100th Ave. and 101st Ave.

Ongoing projects 

• Critical infrastructure repairs
