Westminster Police responded to a report of a runaway from Devereaux House-8405 Church Ranch Blvd. It was determined the runaway is developmentally disabled (Autistic).

Soren Rydland Dob: 05/01/01
He is a 17 year old white male, 6’1”, 149 Brown hair Brown eyes
Wearing Black sweatshirt and Grey sweatpants
Soren is 17 years old but functions at a 13 year old level. He was last seen at 5:30 PM on July 15, 2018 from the above location.
