On August 13th, 2020 around 6:39pm, Westminster Police responded to the 3200 block of 84th Avenue on a deceased male in the field.
Westminster detectives are actively investigating this case as a homicide. We are asking for anyone with information regarding this case to contact Westminster Police or Metro Denver Crime Stoppers 720 913 STOP (7867). You may be eligible for a reward and you can remain anonymous.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Adams County Coroner’s Office.
Date – August 14, 2020
On August 13, 2020 at approximately 6:39pm, we were advised that a driver in the 3200 block of 84th Ave, observed a body lying in a nearby field. Responding officers discovered the body of a deceased male in the field. The male had no identification on his person and the cause of his death is currently under investigation.
Detectives and criminalists will be in the area throughout the morning. 84th Ave. is currently closed between Irving St. and Lowell Blvd. and Shaw Blvd. is closed between 84th Ave. and Lowell Blvd.
