Due to the recent declarations of emergency at the federal, state and city levels, Westminster’s City Hall was closed to the public on Tuesday, March 17.  As a result, the City Council/ Westminster Economic Development Authority meeting on Monday, March 23, will be held via the web with public comment and public hearing testimony accepted electronically.
