City Manager Don Tripp and Police Chief Tim Carlson recently talked about policing during these challenging times. They expressed their appreciation for the City of Westminster’s Police officers, discussed staff accountability and community engagement. We encourage our community to “wrap their arms” around our department during these times of increased negativity toward law enforcement on a national, state and local level.
