Eight candidates are officially competing to fill three seats on Westminster City Council in the Tuesday, Nov. 5, election.
The slate includes: Bruce Baker, Nick Dyer, Michele Haney, Sheela Mahnke, Patricia “Pat” Moore, Anita Seitz, Rich Seymour and Lindsey Smith.
The city is considered one ward and all candidates are elected on an at-large basis without regard to political affiliation.
The three council candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to four-year terms to begin Monday, Nov. 11.
The Westminster Election Commission drew names for ballot order on Sept. 4. The ballot order for both Adams and Jefferson counties is identical.
