Market Night opens at 3 p.m. through end of year
For the rest of this year, the city will start its Market Night food distribution event at 3 p.m. on Wednesdays at City Park Recreation Center (10455 Sheridan Boulevard).
Boxes on Dec. 16 and 30 will include fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, breads, and a gift certificate to a Westminster restaurant. Food boxes on Wednesday, Dec. 23 will be holiday meals prepared by Golden Corral.
Distribution will continue while supplies last.
Food support is distributed on a per family basis with a limit of two families per vehicle.
