Background: An application for an Official Development Plan (ODP) was submitted to the City in April 2021. Staff have completed their first review of the ODP and the applicant is required to hold a neighborhood meeting before they can resubmit their application. This required neighborhood meeting will be for the ODP for Uplands Filing No. 2, Parcel B-1.
