We want our community to know what has been the city’s response to the COVID-19 public health crisis and how staff are putting emergency preparedness into action.

Westminster Resilient: COVID-19 Response
Thursday, April 2, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Join us for an in-depth conversation with city leadership teams and learn about the emergency preparedness of the city and how it impacts residents. Learn how our Police and Fire Departments are responding to public safety challenges during this time of crisis. Learn more about how most city services are still operational.
We’ll also talk about the resources available to those in need of mental health, food and rent assistance in our community.
This is an interactive forum and we’ll answer as many questions as possible during the program.

The city’s economic development professionals will talk about the work they’re doing to help support businesses of all sizes. Hear from some of our community partners about the programs they’re unfolding in our community to support businesses. Learn more about how business owners can access the resources that are coming online.

Esta platica con líderes de la ciudad se centrará en informar al público sobre los servicios de emergencia que están al servicio de los residentes. Se informará sobre como los departamentos de policía y bomberos estos preparados para enfrentar esta crisis. Se continuará la conversación sobre salud mental, asistencia alimenticia y ayuda para pagar renta.
La mayoría de los servicios de la ciudad siguen operando, algunos virtualmente, con el objetivó de asegurar la seguridad y bienestar de los empleados.
