Uplands public hearing scheduled for City Council on February 10
On Monday, Feb. 10, City Council will hold a public hearing to review and consider three proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments for the Uplands development (formerly Rose Hill and Pillar of Fire). During this public hearing, the public will have an opportunity to provide comments.
Previously, on Tuesday, Jan. 14, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of three proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments for the Uplands development.
The Comprehensive Plan Amendments do not entitle the property for development. The applicant will still need to seek approval of a Preliminary Development Plan, Rezoning and Annexation, which require review and consideration by the Planning Commission and City Council.
