A developer has applied for an Official Development Plan (ODP) amendment for Lot 5 of the Quail Crossing Commercial Subdivision through the city. The property is located on the southwest corner of Huron Street and West 136th Avenue.
The amendment application is to allow for the development of a ±7,000 square foot O’Reilly Auto Parts Store on the 1.1-acre lot. ?An online virtual neighborhood meeting has been scheduled by the applicant that the community is invited to attend. The design proposal will be presented and the community may pose questions about the project.
