Westglenn property in Brookhill Towne Center proposes change to development plan

The property owner of Westglenn Mall Filing 7, 1st Replat would like to add “residential use” to their Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) and has filed an amendment to their existing PDP. Westglenn is within the Brookhill Towne Center shopping center at the southeast corner of Wadsworth Parkway and West 92nd Avenue.

The amendment is scheduled for the City Council public meeting on Monday, Nov. 25, at 7 p.m.

The Brookhill Towne Center area has been identified as having the greatest potential for growth and change over the next 20 years. Some of the goals within the area are to develop a new neighborhood center with a mix of uses and build on the existing synergies to attract a range of businesses.

The proposed application is in alignment with the city’s 2013 land use vision.

The city is not currently reviewing any active Official Development Plan applications for vertically mixed use development at this time.

Please direct any comments or inquiries on the project to Senior Planner Stephanie Ashmann at sashmann@westminsterco.gov or 303-658-2104.
