Westminster Joins Gift Card Donation Drive for Marshall Fire Recovery Efforts

Westminster Joins Gift Card Donation Drive for Marshall Fire Recovery Efforts

Due to the incredible generosity of Coloradans following the Marshall Fire, donation centers are at maximum capacity with donated items. What those impacted need most now are funds to begin rebuilding their lives. To help meet this immediate demand, the City of Westminster is joining our neighbors in a gift card drive to help families purchase what they need quickly and easily.

Starting today, January 6, residents can drop off donated gift cards at any Westminster recreation center and receive a free day pass as a thank you.

The gift card drive will run through Friday, January 14. Gift cards most in need are those that help people replace items lost, such as to hardware stores, home goods stores, electronics stores and clothing stores. Restaurants are also in high need, as many people currently do not have places to cook or store food. E-gift cards are also welcome, and can be safely sent to info@arvadachamber.org
