Subject: Suspect Rams Patrol Car and Flees
Date – June 11, 2017
This morning around 7:15 a.m. Westminster Police Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a car near Westcliff Pkwy and Westminster Blvd. The car did not yield and ran from the officer. The officer did not pursue the car.
Another officer in the area of 92nd Ave and Westminster Blvd. saw the car approaching his location and activated his overhead emergency lights. The car swerved towards the officer and rammed his patrol car. The officer did not sustain any injuries.
Officers then pursued the car westbound on 92nd Ave and southbound on Wadsworth Pkwy until about 84th Ave, when the pursuit was terminated.
The suspect vehicle is a silver Subaru Forrester with Colorado license plate #FHQ287. It may be missing a back license plate, and only have a front plate. The car has damage to the front driver’s side region. It was driven by a female suspect.
