Date – October 8, 2017
On October 7, 2017 around 11:40pm, Westminster Police received a 911 call about a road rage incident in the 12100 block of Lowell Boulevard.
Both drivers got out of their cars and there was a physical altercation at which time one of the drivers was shot in the stomach.
The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.
The suspect was taken into custody at the location of the incident.
Christopher Dyck
Mr. Dyck was charged with First Degree Assault 18-3-202(1). He is currently being housed at the Adams County Detention Facility.
