Date – January 19, 2021

This evening around 8:20pm Westminster Police responded to an accident at 70^th Avenue and Federal Boulevard. 

An adult male was walking west on 70^th Avenue when he was stuck by a car travelling southbound on Federal Boulevard. After striking the male, the vehicle continued south on Federal Boulevard, fleeing the accident.

The pedestrian was transported to the hospital, where he died from injuries as a result of the accident.  The Adams County Coroner’s Office will release the identity of the victim once the family has been notified.

The suspect vehicle is described as a 2018 or newer model black Ford Fusion.  The vehicle should have severe right side and front end damage, unknown license plate number.
