12/18/18 Missing Endangered Juvenile
Date – December 18, 2018
Today around 12:10pm Westminster Police were notified of a missing child from the 8400 block of Church Ranch Boulevard. At this time it is believed Sebastian Guadarrama left the area on his own.
Sebastian functions at a very low level and requires several medications. He is in danger of harming himself without these medications.
Sebastian was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie, dark blue jeans and white Adidas tennis shoes.
He is approximately 5’7” tall, 173 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
We are asking for the public’s help in locating Sebastian. If you see him, please call your local police department.
