1/22/19 Sexual Assault on a Child by one in a Position of Trust
Date – January 22, 2019
Today we were notified by Pinnacle Charter School of a possible sex assault on a child. We immediately began an investigation and determined a crime had occurred in the 4900 block of 93rd Avenue, which is in the City of Westminster.
It was determined an employee of Pinnacle Charter School had a sexual encounter with a student on January 13, 2019. Again, this was not during school hours and occurred in the City of Westminster.
Mary Victoria Segura was arrested on the charge of Sexual Assault on a Child by one in a Position of Trust.
Due to the fact this is a sexual assault investigation, no further information will be released on the victim.
