12/5/18 ***UPDATE*** Missing Developmentally Delayed Juvenile

Joshua has been found and is safe. Thank you to everyone for helping us get the information out.

This evening around 7:15 p.m., Westminster Police were notified of a missing juvenile from the area of 8400 block of Church Ranch Boulevard.
Joshua Gonzales suffers from several mental health disorders and is considered gravely disabled. Joshua is unable to comprehend dangerous situations and will not be able to recognize the colder temperatures.
It is believed, at this time, Joshua left with another child from the above location.
Joshua is described as:
5’5” tall
116 pounds
Brown hair
Brown eyes
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, grey sweat pants and black shoes.
We are asking for the public’s help in locating Joshua. If you see Joshua please contact law enforcement.
