Animal Management Officer featured in Foothills Animal Shelter ad
The City of Westminster is a partner organization with Foothills Animal Shelter (FAS). FAS is celebrating 10 years at their Golden location, so throughout August, they are offering $10 vaccines, $10 microchips, 10% off their retail shop and $10 adoptions for cats one year and older.
As a part of the anniversary celebration, they are promoting pet licensing. A pet license not only helps get your lost pet home, it also helps FAS give life-saving care to thousands of homeless animals every year.
You may see Westminster Animal Management Officer Janelle Koch and a friendly puppy in advertisements around the city. Thank you to Officer Koch for helping FAS, and the Animal Management team in the Police Department, as they continually work to get pets back home again.
FAS offers many pet services to the community including adoptions, pet licensing, lost and found, affordable spaying and neutering, vaccinations and microchipping.
