Council approves three Comprehensive Plan Amendments for Uplands development
On Monday, Feb. 11, City Council voted to approve the Comprehensive Plan amendments for three of the five parcels of the proposed Uplands development.
The City Council voted 4 to 3 to approve the amendment of Parcel B from Residential R-3.5 to R-5. The City Council voted unanimously to approve the amendments on Parcels D and E from Office to Residential R-8 and Office to Private Parks/Private Open Space.
The next step for the applicant is to revise its Preliminary Development Plan and prepare to present that to the Planning Commission and City Council.
