Need help with home repairs? Let us help!

Is your furnace or water heater not working or broken?  The city may be able to help.

Up to $5,000 in grant assistance is available to low-income, owner-occupied households through the Emergency and Essential Home Repair Program.

Eligible repairs may include, but are not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, furnace and water heater repair or replacement, accessibility improvements, etc.

Jefferson County residents should contact the Jefferson County Housing Authority at 303-403-5423. Adams County residents should contact Brother’s Redevelopment, Inc. at 303-685-4225.

The Emergency and Essential Home Repair Program is funded through the city’s federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
