At the northwest corner of Sheridan Boulevard and West 104th Avenue (adjacent to the City Park Recreation Center), the Quiktrip Corporation has proposed a development that would feature a gas station, convenience store and an empty pad site for a future retail commercial use. The vacant lot is 5.66 acres.
The developer has completed the first stage of the development process, which is the filing of a Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) to seek approval of the use from City Council.
A virtual neighborhood meeting has been scheduled by Quiktrip for Thursday, July 23 at 6 p.m. and the public is invited to attend.
