Summit Pointe Townhomes to hold neighborhood meeting
The applicant for the Summit Pointe Townhomes development at West 82nd Avenue and Clay Street will be hosting a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 6-8 p.m. at the Double Tree Hotel, 8773 Yates Drive.
The amendment application is to allow for the development of nine new townhome buildings on approximately five acres. The project proposes 40 new townhomes, a new roadway, amenity space, parking area and upgrades to an existing detention pond.
The meeting will create a venue for existing condominium owners to meet with the owner/developer of the property and discuss concerns about development and how the homeowner’s association will be impacted.
