Uplands (formerly Rose Hill) development proposal is still under review
The application for the development project Uplands (formerly known as Rose Hill) located on the Pillar of Fire property near West 84th Avenue and Federal Boulevard is still under review by city staff.
No public hearings for the Uplands' applications have been scheduled at this time. The fall/winter of 2019 or spring of 2020 is a likely time for public hearings.
All property owners within 300 feet from the property line of the site will receive a mailed notice 10 days prior to the public hearings. Signs with notice of the hearings will be posted on the property 10 days prior to the hearings. A notice will also be posted in the newspaper will be at least 10 days prior to the hearings.
