Water bill payment change starting April 1
The city’s Utility Billing Department is focused on keeping customers’ billing information safe and secure. As a result, starting Wednesday, April 1, payments over the phone will be accepted only through the city’s automated system at 303-658-2030. Directions for utilizing the automated system can be found at www.cityofwestminster.us/WaterBillPayment.
Westminster water customers can also pay your bill using one of the following options:
- Online at www.cityofwestminster.us/WaterBillPayment
- Use the detachable stub from your bill and mail to: City of Westminster, PO Box 17040, Denver, CO 80217-0040
- Deposit a check in the drop box on the corner between City Hall and Safety Center, across from main parking lot at 4800 West 92nd Avenue
- In person at City Hall at 4800 West 92nd Avenue, between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday
